By accessing or using Relayna — whether through the web application at relayna.app or the Relayna API — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using Relayna on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these terms, and "you" refers to both you personally and the organisation. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the service.
Relayna provides a REST API and web platform designed for agent-driven human review workflows. The service enables AI agents and automated systems to upload assets, create review checkpoints, generate magic-link review URLs for human reviewers who require no account, and receive structured decisions via webhooks. Relayna includes asset storage with encryption at rest, configurable TTL-based expiry for both assets and review links, user account management, and API key provisioning. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features of the service at any time, though we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of significant changes.
To access the API and create review sessions, you must register for an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and for all activity that occurs under your account. API keys grant full access to your account's resources — treat them as passwords. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or API keys. Relayna is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
You agree to use Relayna only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not use the service to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy without prior notice.
You retain full ownership of all content, files, and data you upload to Relayna ("Your Content"). By submitting content to the service, you grant Relayna a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, process, and transmit Your Content solely to the extent necessary to deliver the service to you — including storing assets, generating review sessions, serving content to reviewers via magic links, and delivering decisions to your webhook endpoints. This licence terminates when your content is deleted or your account is closed. You are solely responsible for ensuring that Your Content does not violate any applicable law or third-party rights.
Review links and associated assets expire according to the TTL (time-to-live) value you specify when creating a checkpoint. After a link expires, it becomes inaccessible to reviewers and the underlying assets are scheduled for deletion. It is your responsibility to configure appropriate TTL values for your use case. Relayna is not responsible for review decisions that are missed, delayed, or rendered impossible because a link or asset expired before a reviewer could act. Expired sessions cannot be reinstated.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle as selected at signup. All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law — we do not issue refunds for partial billing periods or unused portions of a plan. If payment fails or is not received by the due date, we may suspend your account until payment is brought current. Continued failure to pay may result in permanent account termination and deletion of your data in accordance with Section 10. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
We aim to provide a reliable, high-availability service and take reasonable measures to minimise unplanned downtime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the service. Scheduled maintenance that may affect availability will be announced in advance where reasonably practicable, typically via the Relayna status page or email to account holders. Relayna is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions, whether planned or unplanned.
Relayna is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Relayna and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. In all cases, our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or related to these terms shall not exceed the total fees you paid to Relayna in the three calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. You may close your account through your account settings or by contacting us at [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if we determine that you have violated these terms or that your use of the service poses a risk to Relayna or other users. Upon termination for any reason, your right to access the service ceases immediately. Your data will be retained for 30 days following termination, after which it will be permanently deleted. If you require an export of your data, you must request it before the 30-day period expires.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in the service, applicable law, or our business practices. For material changes — those that meaningfully affect your rights or obligations — we will notify registered account holders by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect. The updated terms will also be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of Relayna after the effective date of a material change constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must stop using the service before the effective date.
These Terms of Service and any disputes arising out of or related to them or the Relayna service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Relayna operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction for the resolution of any such disputes. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
